- Integrating with sales support processes to assist the sales team
- Interacting with suppliers to obtain information and handle customer accounts
- Assisting senior consultants with account management
- Ensuring processes for sales and sales support are constantly improved and updated
- Maintaining the company database keeping information and documents accurate and complete
- Supply point and contract audits
- Procurement – interacting with suppliers to gain power, gas and water pricing
- Creating customer cost comparisons
- Terminating accounts
- Organisation of I&C accounts
- Support Requests (SME)
- Ensuring the company database is kept up to date
