What will the apprentice be doing?
As an Apprentice Customer Service Adviser, you will play a key role in the success of an established and expanding local business;
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office and ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
- Whilst in training you will provide administrative support to the team and at the same time will be working towards your product licensing.
- Answering the telephone and eventually handling enquiries, provide insurance quotations, undertake insurance transactions and general sales tasks with a ‘can-do’ proactive attitude.
